At Homefix Construction, we know that, as well as how stressful and overwhelming a construction process can be. Consultation

We offer FREE on-site consultations to all of our potential clients. We will carefully evaluate your indoor living and/or outdoor space and discuss your needs, wants, and budget. We will then provide you with all of the information needed on how we plan to execute your project from start to finish, including the estimated cost.ly with my tutorials. Lots of love and hundreds of hours went into making it. I hope you love it as much as I do.

PERMIT & DESIGN

A successful construction project begins with design plans and 3D renderings along with architectural & structural plans. Once completed, they will be submitted for city review and approval in order to get a permit. When you hire us to issue your plans and permits, you will have a team of professionals with years of experience working with Building and Safety authorities to get your plans approved and permit expedited.

PROJECT BEGINS

And now the fun part begins! You can’t build in the new without tearing down the old. Our team will be there every step of the way to ensure that each aspect of the project from demolition to framing to electrical is done professionally and in a timely manner.

COMPLETION

This is the last step of the project and it is so rewarding to see all of our hard work pay off! In this stage, your vision finally comes to life. We will do a final walk-through together to make sure everything is up to your standards. We don’t skimp on finishes or final touches and will make sure that every detail was executed perfectly.
